Grey Market Premium is the price at which IPO shares trade informally before their official stock exchange listing. It indicates investor demand and expected listing gains but is not a guarantee.

🧮 How is GMP Calculated?

GMP = Expected Listing Price − Issue Price. For example, if issue price is ₹100 and the stock is expected to list at ₹160, the GMP is ₹60 (60%). Est. Listing = Issue Price + GMP.
